• Digital Literacy Programme

Empowering underprivileged adolescents and youths in digital literacy and IT skill

Enabling young people with computer literacy and digital skills to use technology is pivotal to bringing about positive changes in their lives in the 21st century. However, in rural areas, adolescents and youths often do not have access to computers, thus losing out on learning these vital skills and missing out on opportunities.

YouthInvest Foundation runs Digital Literacy Centres (DLC) for underprivileged youths from rural and urban areas to equip them with digital literacy and computer skills.

DLC Digital Literacy and Basic Computer Course covers

    • Basics of computer

    • MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint

    • Use of the internet in day-to-day operations including finance, social media, accessing government schemes and benefits, etc.

Plans include offering other professional courses such as Desktop Publishing, Digital Marketing, and Tally Pro.
