• About us

YouthInvest is an Indian not-for-profit organisation, established in 2015 by four experienced development professionals with a shared commitment to improving health and education for children and adolescents. Its mission is to empower young people to reach their full potential and lead productive, fulfilling lives.

Since 2017, YouthInvest has been implementing programmes that advance its vision of a generation of adolescents and youth—especially those from marginalised and disadvantaged communities—who are healthy, educated, emotionally resilient, and equipped with the skills they need to thrive in adulthood.

    Mission

Empower young people to reach their full potential and lead productive lives.

YouthInvest creates and facilitates opportunities that enable young people (10-29 years) to participate in activities that ensure their rights to health, education, and livelihoods. We use a lifecycle programming approach focused on critical life stages, i.e. childhood, adolescence, and youth, to ensure sustainable change.

    Strategies

We have a three-pronged strategy focused on last-mile uptake of critical interventions in health, education and skills development among the most vulnerable young people.

    • Develop, demonstrate, and scale innovations through strategic partnerships.
    • Promote the use of technology in reaching the last mile.
    • Provide advisory services in programme development, training and capacity building, research, and evaluation.

    Core Values

    • Integrity
    • Excellence
    • Accountability
    • Equity
